In the Teaching classes you teach, I coach and we discuss.
In the Projects classes you choose an activity, I teach and we discuss
The Southern Ladies class is a group of non-teaching Primal Alexander students
The Japanese Language class is taught in Japanese with a translator

We do the 16 Teacher's Etudes to begin every class, but the rest of each class is loosely structured around where people are & what they need. The classes are lively, open, kind & hugely supportive. We have fun!
