Primal Coaching Club is a recurring monthly
membership that you can opt out of at any time.

There are 4 types of classes:
In the Teaching classes you teach, I coach and we discuss.
In the Projects classes you choose an activity, I teach and we discuss
The Southern Ladies class is a group of non-teaching Primal Alexander students
The Japanese Language class is taught in Japanese with a translator

Here's the schedule:

We do the 16 Teacher's Etudes to begin every class, but the rest of each class is loosely structured around where people are & what they need. The classes are lively, open, kind & hugely supportive. We have fun!

In the Basic and Standard packages you'll have access to the videos of the classes you attend.

The Standard package also gives you access to my video database which allows you to search by keyword for topics of interest. In the Standard package you'll also get a 50% discount on upcoming Short Courses like The Upper Hand course you just took.

Finally, in the Premium Membership you'll have Carte Blanche! As many classes as you'd like, the Database, access to all videos, free Short courses PLUS a private lesson(consult) with me every month!
