(Group Teaching Savvy, Sharper Observation or Amazing Hands-on?)

Hello+Happy 2020!

Hey…If you’ve ever suspected that your development as an Alexander teacher/entrepreneur might not be progressing as quickly as it could be, there are a few things I’ve been working on recently that could really give you a big boost with regard to your teaching and even in your marketing.
For the past 7 years, I’ve been taking a serious look at whether or not it’s possible (or even preferable) to teach effective, truly authentic Alexander Technique lessons without the teacher ever using using hands-on kinesthetic guidance with the student.
After logging almost 3,000 teaching hours of research and having had the chance to work closely with a group of dedicated Alexander teachers and a broad cross-section of students with a variety of issues, it’s become pretty clear that…

While there are certainly limitations as to what can be conveyed without hands-on, the Alexander teachers who have been learning to teach HandsFree are experiencing a deep, transformational improvement in their own Use which they are then able to share via hands-on to better teach their students.

Cheers,

Mio
