Primal Alexander™ is the first comprehensive A.T. training method developed expressly for teaching and learning the Alexander Technique in groups, online and without hands-on. 

 

Through the daily practice of a graduated series of short, simple, but surprisingly powerful self-study activities…

 

Students learn faster, more deeply and stay motivated longer because of the powerful changes they are quickly able to make on their own!


Primal Alexander™ Basic Training 
will be taught as four one-hour weekly classes from 12-1 Eastern starting 2/2/24. Each week will focus on one of the 11 fundamentals of Alexander’s discoveries starting with Conscious Control.

 

P.A.B.T. is open to anyone brand new to the Alexander work as well as A.T. students & teachers who have yet to take a Primal Alexander™ course.

Because at its core, the Alexander Technique itself is a problem-solving technique, and the means whereby Alexander solved his problems was through observation and experimentation.

The foundation of Primal Alexander™ is experimentation.

 It’s a system of self-study Études, experiments, & guided explorations that enable you to know, while you’re doing something, whether you are do it according to your old habits or improving your Use with Ease as you do it.

It’s inspired by the approach Alexander describes in “Evolution of a Technique” and fueled by my fascination with the fact that Alexander was able to make his amazing discoveries without the benefit of receiving hands-on kinesthetic guidance.

Primal Alexander™ offers students a daily regimen that’s quick & easy to do; One that:
                         1. Grows the power of attention,
                         2. Enables you to observe yourself objectively and…
                         3. Releases the habitual excess tension that interferes with ease of movement…

All of which contribute to the revealing and the healing of the unconscious habits of movement and thinking that lie at the root of most of the stress & tension we tend to experience in our day to day lives.

Primal Alexander™ is proving to be an intuitive, effective and extremely user friendly form of self-improvement that can be taught online & in groups which makes it easily affordable & convenient

When people who are empowered in their own learning get the chance to gather together each week to share their experience and insights with a skilled teacher as moderator…
